| Shipping And Handling We apply a £5.45 delivery charge to all uk orders to cover postage and packaging. Unless otherwise notified within the product description as a 'special order', orders are guaranteed to be despatched to you within 4-5 working days*. Delivery Surchages - Unfortunately our couriers charge us a premium for delivering to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands which requires as to add the following minimum surcharge £12.95 which increases as per items ordered and also we are unable to offer free delivery on any order placed to these regions. Our couriers will try to deliver three times, they will then leave a card if you are not at home and then you the customers must arrange re-delivery. If you the customer fails to follow this process, further costs may be incurred.If customers request orders to be left outside/sheds/porches/etc and not signed for, then customers do so at there own risk and mybowwow will not replace items if they where to go missing. For clarity: the time taken for the goods to reach you is the sum of the time taken for us to despatch the goods plus the time taken for the courier/post to deliver to you. In the vast majority of cases this means goods are delivered to you within 4-5 working days*.
